Love your Guide and the updates. Amazing how quickly the roads have recovered without much damage.

I look forward to using all your info in August so I expect the roads to be quite corrugated by then.

Can you advise if there is yet any update on whether Vrilya Point bridge is going to be repaired (or has already)?

Thanks Bruce

Hi Bruce,
by: Katrin

Thank you :-)

Vrilya Point was returned to Traditional Owners in late 2014 and therefore closed in May 2015.

They are managing their land and have no obligation to open it to the public, but they are working on issues like littering, camping areas, and the bridge (amongst some other things as well).

When Vrilya Point will be open again is not known.

It might open later this year, but might not, and all we can do is wait for an announcement from them.

I will send out a newsletter as soon as I know more.
