Pormpuraaw to Kowanyama

The track from Pormpuraaw to Kowanyama is an interesting one.

Not a common thing to do amongst the Cape York travellers,

... but some do plan either coming or leaving this way,

... and wonder what the way through is like.

Pormpuraaw to Mitchell River

It's a good road starting from Pormpuraaw.

Gravel, but, smooth and nice.

The road gets narrower,

... not difficult,

... but the road just gradually turns to a track,

... with some parts that are a little rough.

It crosses the Alice River,
