Esplanade Apartments
This is one of the many luxury accommodation on the Esplanade.
Fully equipped kitchen, ensuit bathroom, balcony with top views over the harbour and the Esplanade.
Cairns Esplanade is excellent, with a swimming lagoon, BBQs, and great walking tracks and exercise stations.

Cairns Luxury Apartments
This complex is located in the Cairns Marina area, very nicely with the Esplanade to the west and the Marina and yacht harbour to the east.
They have luxury rooms with some great views from the private balconies.
There is also a restaurant and a bar in the complex.

Coral Towers Holiday Suites
Coral Towers is located on the Cairns waterfront in the north western end of the Esplanade.
It has spacious self contained apartments with TVs, DVD players, internet and kitchenettes with mini bars and microwaves. There is a swimming pool, a spa, massage and beauty service, and tour desk, laundry and parking.

Harbour Lights Cairns
Harbour Lights has a very nice location right on the Marina at the start of the Esplanade. Everything is very close from here - casino, city centre, Lagoon and the Esplanade walking track.

It has studio rooms and one and two bedroom self contained apartments with fridges, mini bars, safes and flat screen TVs.

North Cove Waterfront Suites
North Cove Waterfront has luxury apartments with fully equipped kitchens including granite benchtops and dishwashers; timber furniture, Austar cable television, private laundry; and the main bedrooms have a private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Suites have an own private balcony, or outdoor area.

Waterfront Terraces Apartments
As the name says, this complex is at the waterfront in Cairns, on the Esplanade.

There are 22 one and two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, internet connection, air conditioning and private balconies.

Waters Edge Apartments
Waters Edge is a luxury five star complex on the Esplanade.
It has three bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, plasma TVs, broadband internet, and large balconies to enjoy the ocean views.
There are two swimming pools, BBQ areas with sundecks, undercover parking and security entrance.

One Block Back from the Esplanade - Abbott and Lake Streets

Best Western Central Plaza
Best Western Central Plaza is located in the Lake Street, one block back from the beach front, towards the Esplanade's western end.

It is still a very good location with only a short stroll to the city centre.

Lake Street Apartments
This complex is one street back from the Esplanade, still walking distance to the beach.
They have one and two room apartments as well as hotel rooms.
Stylish interior and large balconies. 4.5 star.
Pool and BBQ in the tropical gardens with palm trees.

Cairns Queenslander Apartments
Cairns Queenslander is in Lake Street, one block back from the Esplanade.
The rooms have kitchenettes with a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, a microwave oven and a TV.
In the complex there is a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant, a tour desk and off street parking.

Edge Apartments
The Edge is located in north Cairns, one block back from the northern end of the Esplanade. These 4 star individually decorated and furnished apartments have balconies, digital TVs, wireless internet, cordless phones and kitchens with all equipment.
There are two swimming pools, BBQs and parking.

Il Palazzo is located one block back from the Esplanade.

Park Regis Piermonde Apartments
Park Regis is in Lake Street near the Reef Casino.
It has fully furnished apartments with spacious living areas, CD and DVD players, cable and satellite TVs, as well as fully equipped kitchens. There is a massage and beauty centre, an outdoor swimming pool and a spa.
 

Reef Gateway Apartments
Reef Gateway is located in Lake Street, one block back from the Esplanade.
Apartments have kitchenettes, cable TVs, internet facilites, phones and fax machines, and laundry facilities.
Away from traffic noise in the back yard is a spa, a saltwater pool and BBQs.

Two Blocks Back - McLeod Street

Cairns Central Plaza Apartments
Cairns Central Plaza is situated on the corner of Aplin and McLeod Streets, five blocks back from the beachfront on the Esplanade, but still walking distance (across the road from the Cairns Central).
Four stars, they have fully self contained one and two room apartments.

Three Blocks back - Grafton and Digger Streets

City Plaza Apartments Cairns
City Plaza is located two blocks back from the Esplanade on Digger Street.
There are modern, self contained one and two bedroom apartments with large living areas, a gourmet kitchen and large balconies.
In the complex there are a BBQ area, a spa and a swimming pool.

Getaways on Grafton
Getaways of Grafton is located three blocks back from the Esplanade, close to the city centre. Their two bedroom apartments have large fully equipped kitchens and living areas, large open balconies, and in the complex there are a swimming pool and a spa, BBQs and a tour desk, parking and laundry services.

Reef Palms Apartments
Reef Palms is on Digger Street in North Cairns, two blocks back from the Esplanade. There are 42 studio apartments with kitchen facilities, queen sized beds, private balconies and safes.

In the landscaped gardens there is a spa and a swimming pool.

Villa Vaucluse Apartments
Villa Vaucluse is on Grafton Street, three blocks back from the Esplanade.
Rooms contain kitchenettes, cable / satellite TVs, private bathrooms and direct dial phones. There's internet, safe deposit boxes, off street parking and a swimming pool.

Five Blocks Back - McLeod Street

Grosvenor Apartments Cairns
Four blocks back from the beach front and the Esplanade, the Grosvenor still is in a possible walking distance to the city centre. They have hotel style rooms as well as large one and two bedroom apartments.
There is a BBQ area, a spa and a swimming pool.

Koala Court Holiday Apartments
Koala Court is in McLeod Street, four blocks back from the Esplanade in Cairns, not quite minutes away from the Pier and the Cairns Central, but still in a walkable distance.
They have one, two and three bedroom self contained apartments.

Royal Palm Villas
Royal Palms is located in McLeod Street, four blocks back from the Esplanade. There are 16 one bedroom fully self contained apartments in lush tropical gardens complete with a waterfall and a saltwater swimming pool. There are BBQ facilities next to the swimming pool; and off-street parking.

Tradewinds McLeod Apartments
As the name says, the Tradewinds is in McLeod Street, four blocks from the beachfront. It has two bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes, laundries, separate living and dining areas and private balconies / patio areas. There is a swimming pool, BBQ and entertainment area, and internet.

Eastern City - around Spence Street

Clarendon On Spence
Clarendon On Spence is in the eastern parts of the city centre on Spence Street.
They have two and three room apartments with large living areas and bedrooms, kitchens, spas and large open balconies.
In the complex are also a pool and an undercover parking.

Il Centro Apartments
Il Centro is located in northeastern central Cairns close to the Convention Centre.
The units have fully equipped kitchens, ensuit bathrooms, large balconies with views, and in-room laundry facilities. The resort has a BBQ and gazebo, a swimming pool and a spa.

Comfort Inn Cairns Apartments
Comfort Inn has affordable one and two bedroom apartments west of Cairns Central Shopping Centre.
