THIS MONTH'S ROAD REPORT
Afer the hopeless wet season of 2020, the rains are back again, and so are the river levels.
Sorry that the wrong-doers have made this needing a mention: These newsletters are covered by the Law of Copyright - the only way to legally spread them is a link to this

A friend went down to drive (from Bamaga) to Cooktown, and actually had the luck to make it through.

The road was chopped up as expected, and on his way back he was out of luck, having to turn back at Archer River, put his vehicle in the storage in Cairns and fly back to Bamaga.

Thank you for your photos Troy Walker :-)
CARAVAN GUIDE UPDATED
And -
the Caravan Guide 2021 is out, with everything that has changed since last year, updated.
It already covers all the subjects so well that nothing big was added, but the road sealing discussion was rewritten and added new and more exact information.

If you already have the Caravan Guide, please give me an email and I will send you the latest version :-)
If you don't - the Caravan Guide (just like the Doggie Guide) is a supplementary guide to the main Destination Guide and found inside it.

FEEDBACK ALWAYS WELCOME
I really appreciate any kind of feedback on the Destination Guide.
Please let me know if you enjoyed it while planning before the trip, and while using the information once on the trip.
If you get any questions about anything, please feel welcome to contact me.
That's all for this time - happy planning, and happy travels to those on the road!!
Have a great day :-)
Katrin.
P.S. If you cannot see the photo banner in the top of this page, instead of photos you only see photo texts, and instead of links you see url addresses throughout the text, you are using email software that only reads text. Consider getting an email account with Yahoo or others that can read HTML (and remember to change your email address, which can be done in the end of every newsletter.
